Two years ago, when people asked me what my plans were after college, I told them I'd probably work for two years and study (abroad) after. It was sort of a convenient, abstract answer, the kind that you say just so it will appear as if you have actually thought out your future when in fact you haven't because you're still overwhelmed by the idea of starting a new chapter of your life. But "no dream is ever just a dream". And here I am. In Netherlands. Twenty-third of August 2009. Celebrating. Getting paid for two years to live, travel and study in my dream continent. Exactly two years of corporate experience behind me.
